DIRECTOR, FOUNDER

Sara Hiett, a Fort Worth native, founded PCA in 2019 after recognizing the demand for more art opportunities in the community. With 23 years of experience as an art educator, she has taught individuals aged 3 to 90, firmly believing that there is an art form for everyone, centered on the experience itself. Sara holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from Saint Edwards University and has completed graduate coursework in School Psychology at Texas Christian University. Her numerous awards reflect her contributions to program development, community service, and effective teaching practices, and her experience with diverse populations adds significant value to the organization.
